Terms of Use – ErgoKit

These Terms of Use govern your use of the ErgoKit mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using the ErgoKit platform, you agree to comply with these terms.
Service Description
ErgoKit is a digital platform designed to help occupational therapists and families manage therapy activities, track child development, and communicate about therapy progress.
The application allows therapists to assign activities and families to monitor their child’s therapy journey.
User Accounts
To use ErgoKit, users must create an account.
Users agree to:
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials
• Use the application only for legitimate therapy-related purposes
Users are responsible for all activity conducted under their accounts.
Therapist and Family Roles
ErgoKit provides two primary roles:
Therapists
Therapists may create therapy activities, assign homework, and review progress for children linked to their account.
Families
Families may view therapy assignments, submit homework, and monitor progress for their child.
Access to child data is restricted to authorized therapists and linked family accounts.
Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or data
• Upload harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
ErgoKit reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions
ErgoKit offers optional premium features through Apple In-App Purchases.
Subscription terms:
• Subscriptions are billed through the user’s Apple ID account.
• Payment will be charged to the Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID account settings.
ErgoKit does not process or store payment information.
Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
Trial conditions are determined by Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
Data and Content
Users retain ownership of the data they submit to the platform. However, by using ErgoKit, users grant the application permission to store and process such data for the purpose of providing the service.
ErgoKit does not sell user data.

Service Availability
While ErgoKit strives to maintain continuous service availability, the platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:
• system maintenance
• technical issues
• infrastructure updates
ErgoKit does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Limitation of Liability
ErgoKit is provided as a digital support tool for therapy tracking.
The platform does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
ErgoKit is not responsible for therapy outcomes or decisions made based on information within the application.
Changes to Terms
ErgoKit may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of the application after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
